Shipping + Handling
- Hours of Operation: We ship on weekdays, Monday through Friday from our Fontana, California warehouse during Pacific Standard Time. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
- Processing Time: Orders received by 12pm Eastern Standard Time usually ship within 48 hours, pending credit card authorization and inventory availability.Orders placed on weekends will process the next business day.
Free Shipping: We ship domestic (US) orders for free using Fedex Ground. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT DELIVERY. SHOULD YOU REQUIRE ONE, PLEASE CONTACT FEDEX DIRECTLY WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED IN YOUR SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION.
- Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship with USPS, therefore we cannot ship to APO,FPO PO Box and Rural Routes.
- International Shipping: We currently do not ship to addresses outside the United States.

If past 30 days but within one full year, you may return your purchase for a site credit, which will be issued in the form of a gift card in the original purchasers name. You must register on our site to redeem the gift card
