  • Our NY based Customer Service department is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am. through  5:30pm. Eastern Standard Time.  We will respond to all email inquiries on the next BUSINESS day, in the order in which they have been received .

 

    Shipping + Handling

 

 

  • Hours of Operation: We ship on weekdays, Monday through Friday from our Fontana, California warehouse during Pacific Standard Time. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
  • Processing Time: Orders received by 12pm Eastern Standard Time usually ship within 48 hours, pending credit card authorization and inventory availability.Orders placed on weekends will process the next business day.
  • Free Shipping: We ship domestic (US) orders for free using Fedex Ground. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT DELIVERY. SHOULD YOU REQUIRE ONE, PLEASE CONTACT FEDEX DIRECTLY WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED IN YOUR SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION.

  • Shipping RestrictionsWe currently do not ship with USPS, therefore we cannot ship to APO,FPO PO Box and Rural Routes.
  • International Shipping: We currently do not ship to addresses outside the United States.

  

 

Returns + Exchanges

  • If you live in the domestic US and are not satisfied with your purchase from Olivia + Joy.com , you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase. If past 30 days but within one full year, you may return your purchase for a site credit, which will be issued in the form of a gift card in the original purchasers name. You must register on our site to redeem the gift card
  • To request a return:  Please email us at customerservice@oliviaandjoy.com. Please reference the item and purchase order numbers. We will ask for a photo the the item, for reference. Once received and verified, we will issue you a return authorization number(RA)to include on the outside of your carton. We cannot accept returns without the pre-issued return authorization.   •  If you did not purchase your item through our sites; please try to return the item to the retailer you originally purchased  from. If you are past the store's return policy date but within a year of purchase, we will issue a store credit to be used towards a future purchase from our site. Credits will be issued in the form of a specialized code to be entered at checkout. We will also ask for a copy of the original receipt from the retailer where purchased. We apologize, but we cannot issue refunds for purchases made at other retailers.
  • Damages- If the item you purchased from us is damaged when received, please request a return authorization as above, include a photo of the item, and once verified, you will be contacted for a full replacement,exchange or refund.
