Returns + Exchanges



  • If you live in the domestic US and are not satisfied with your purchase from, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase. If past 30 days but within one full year, you may return your purchase for a site credit, which will be issued in the form of a gift card in the original purchasers name. You must register on our site to redeem the gift card
To request a return or exchange from us:

B. Damaged Goods Exchange
We do not need you to return a damaged item. We will just replace it as long as it is within a year of the purchase and you can provide pictures to prove it. We will handle the request via email.
To request a return or exchange from another store:
please try to return the item to the retailer you originally purchased  from. We do not honor returns for dissatisfaction however, if the goods are damaged due to wear, and if you are past the store's return policy date, but within a year of purchase, we will issue a  credit to be used towards a future purchase from our site. Credits will be issued in the form a a specialized code to be entered at checkout.

We apologize but we cannot issue refunds for purchases made at other retailers.
